We will contact you directly or through our overseas office once the following has been completed:

1. We have approved of your entrance based on submitted documents
2. The Immigration Bureau has reviewed your residence status application
3. You have been issued authorization of resident eligibility

You will then pay the amount given below, after which we give you our entrance approval certificate and authorization of resident eligibility document in exchange for the documented proof of your payment.
